Fiona Livingston

Founder/ Director

Born in Bristol, Fiona spent her formative years growing up in the West Country, and following an early stint across the channel, working in Lille, France, she moved back to the UK to pursue creative studies before finally settling in London in the mid 90's. A degree in Art History from Nottingham University and an early career in Creative Marketing exposed her to a wealth of artistic diversity and helped develop an analytical approach towards design, allowing Fiona to move into the world of commercial interior design as a fully rounded creative. Following a successful 6 years as Creative Director of a London based commercial interior design company, Fiona set up her own successful design consultancy, 'Fibre' in 2002, which after joining forces with Ian in 2007, developed fully int the current practice, Studiofibre.

Working with a broad spectrum of clients from media, retail and fashion to corporate blue chip, her portfolio ( pre-Studiofibre ) includes projects with Endemol TV, Net-A-Porter, Yakult, Rolls-Royce, Shroders, The Home Office and BAA.

Fiona is currently a member of the judging panel for the World Architectural News ( WAN ) Awards ; Interior Design category alongside Sir Terence Conran and Wayne Hemingway, which will take place in February 2012.
